The Business Advisory Grant round opens on 1 July 2026, providing community housing organisations across Western Australia with access to up to $50,000 in specialist advisory funding.
To support organisations prepare a strong and competitive application, the Community Housing Futures WA (CHFWA) team held a free online Guidelines Launch Webinar. The program team has unpacked the full grant framework, including eligibility requirements, what funding can and cannot be used for, and how to align your organisation’s needs with the program’s five key capability focus areas: Finance, Business Planning, Asset Management, Risk Management and Registration Assistance.

Shelter WA proudly presents the recording of the launch webinar for the Community Housing Futures WA Program, a WA State Government funded initiative, designed to strengthen the capability and capacity of community housing organisations across Western Australia.
