Meet The Team
The Community Housing Futures WA project team is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the program across all three streams. Our team brings together expertise in community housing, sector development, governance, and program management to ensure every organisation that engages with the program receives high-quality, responsive support.
Henrietta Podgorska
Project Manager
Henrietta brings over eight years of project management experience across the not-for-profit and community services sectors, with a strong background in governance, financial sustainability, and organisational capability. She has held executive-level leadership roles and served on multiple boards, including as Chair of Multilingual Australia and Board Director at Sexual Health Quarters. Henrietta holds a Bachelor of Social Science, is completing her MBA, and is a Signature Leadership WA alumna.
Grace Rosales
Project Officer
Grace is a project professional with qualifications in Marketing and Public Relations, holding a Bachelor of Commerce from UWS and a Graduate Diploma in Public Relations from UTS. With a career spanning local government, school systems, and the social services sector across Sydney and Perth, Grace brings expertise in stakeholder engagement, communications, and evidence-based reporting that informs government and sector reform. She has worked across the multicultural, disability, and housing sectors with a focus on supporting systemic change and improving outcomes for vulnerable communities.
Carrie Swatten
Project Support
Carrie brings over two decades of experience in the UK technology sector, working across government, start-ups, and media organisations in product design, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery. Since relocating to Perth, she has supported local organisations to enhance their digital services and deliver human-centred design programs. Carrie holds a background in Sociology and Psychology and serves on the board of Sister Project, an organisation supporting migrant women in the community.
