- to keep your membership information and/or contact details up to date; and

Information is collected through a few third party applications which are used for the following reasons:
Humanitix:
For the promotion of events managed by Community Housing Futures and Shelter WA and the managing of attendees. Information inputted by the user is also collected and stored in the email marketing platform we use – MailChimp. The information is used to develop and improve the information and services provided to our users. The privacy policies for these applications can be found here included in all events published.
SurveyMonkey:
Used for online surveys to inform our policy positions and to collect feedback and opinions on sector related questions. Information inputted by the user is also collected and stored in the Customer Relationship Management System – Salesforce. Mailchimp:
Used for Electronic Direct Mail including newsletters and alerts. Only if users have signed up or given us authority to send mail will they receive content from this platform. Social media channels:
We have an active presence on LinkedIn in order to keep users up to date with information relating to the sector. The privacy policy for LinkedIn can be found at the following site: LinkedIn.
Third parties:
We do not and will not sell or deal in personal or customer information. We will never disclose your personal details to a third party unless required by law.
Google analytics:
We use google analytics to continually improve the content and layout of our website. Google does collect information more about how they use this data can be found here.
